Orlando airport is located 9 miles southeast of downtown Orlando, at the junction of State Road 436 (SR 436 - Semoran Boulevard) and State Road 528 (SR 528 - Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway).  It is the busiest airport in Florida owing to Orlando's popularity as a tourist destination and its enormous residential and commercial growth.  It is the nation's 15th busiest international gateway.

 Demand for parking in the terminal parking garages can at times be very high, so please take advantage of the reduced-rate parking available at the on-airport Satellite Parking facilities. Please allow yourself an additional 30 minutes when using Satellite Parking.

A free shuttle service operates every 10 minutes between the Satellite Parking lots and the main terminal. Departing passengers are dropped off on Level 3 (Ticketing/Departures) on both the A and B sides of the main terminal. The cost for Satellite Parking is $3 for the first 3 hours, and $4 for hours 4 through 24, for a maximum of $7 per 24-hour period, with a 10 minute grace period.  You may park in the Satellite Parking lot for any length of time (i.e., short-term or long-term parking) up to 120 days.  Parking fees can be charged using American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

Also, buses are available on Level 1 of the Main Terminal, on the B-side, at Commercial Lane spaces B12-B14.  Taxis are available on Level 1 on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal.
